What
you're doing here is updating your TCP/IP settings to ensure that you
are pointing to the right DNS servers. Don't worry if you don't even
know what a DNS server is - we'll take you through it step by step. Ok,
here goes...
Update Settings:
Open your Control Panel -(Start|Control Panel)
Select 'Network and Sharing Centre'
On the next screen that appears, select 'Change adapter settings'
Now we need to right-click 'Local Area Connection' and click on the 'Properties' button
Select 'Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4) and again select 'Properties'
You need to ensure that on the following screen 'Obtain DNS server address automatically' is selected:

click on OK to close this screen, and close all of the screens opened
as part of this process. That's it! You're ready to start making the
most of our improved service following a reboot!
Don't forget to reboot your computer following the change!
